I haven't got any particular book that i've mostly given to friends or family. It always goes down to their preferences and personalities. In general, I'd say I usually give insiprational books or books with a psychological theme, the most recent one I've given and read myself was The Silent Patient. Highly recommendable!

Any vegan curry with a hint of coconut is definitely my go-to vegan meal for the winter and buddha bowls for the warmer months.

Creating an instagram account specific to my profession which has given me the opportunity to connect with many likeminded professionals, help people make reliable choices in relation to nutrition and improve my creative and communication skills to deliver understandable information to the general population.

When did you first become a rebel?

I guess we all become rebels the first moment they tell you not to do something you actually cannot wait to do. I'd say the very first time I became a rebel was when my mom told me I could not have ice-cream in the winter, then all I tried to do is convince my friends to meet at an ice-cream shop in December.
