I haven't got any particular book that i've mostly given to friends or family. It always goes down to their preferences and personalities. In general, I'd say I usually give insiprational books or books with a psychological theme, the most recent one I've given and read myself was The Silent Patient. Highly recommendable!
Ask myself what I need to relief the feeling and temporalily shift my focus to something else. Going for a walk or talking with someone about a differnt topic certainly helps me zoom out from any overwhelming situations.
Planning my tasks for the week alongside mini to do lists every day to get those tasks done.

I work as a non-diet nutritionist helping people heal their relationship with food through an approach called Intuitive Eating. I am passionate about supporting people reclaim their freedom around food, make peace with their mind and body and nourish their bodies in ways that feel good to them and that are satisfying.
As I follow a predominant plant-based, I certainly believe that the consumption of meat should significantly decrease primarily for environmental and also for health and ethical reasons.

A premium subscription to Canva, which is a designing app. I use Intagram quite a lot and have my own brand so this has helped me improved my marketing techniques and quality of the posts and informations I share.
As a nutritionist the worst advice I constantly hear in the media is to cut out on specific foods or food groups, which in turn increases the fear for these foods and can potentially result in harming people's relationship with food and their ability to enjoy eating.
Any vegan curry with a hint of coconut is definitely my go-to vegan meal for the winter and buddha bowls for the warmer months.
Creating an instagram account specific to my profession which has given me the opportunity to connect with many likeminded professionals, help people make reliable choices in relation to nutrition and improve my creative and communication skills to deliver understandable information to the general population.
I guess we all become rebels the first moment they tell you not to do something you actually cannot wait to do. I'd say the very first time I became a rebel was when my mom told me I could not have ice-cream in the winter, then all I tried to do is convince my friends to meet at an ice-cream shop in December.
It keeps changing all the time but right now is the Italian Tuscany.
Accepting that I cannot control everything.
