We deliver everywhere in London.

When do you deliver?

We deliver 8 am – 6 pm on Mondays and Thursdays.

Is it possible to take away your food?

No, we don’t offer collection at the moment, but we deliver all over London.

How soon can I get my order?

24-48 hours after payment.

Can I pick an exact date for the food to be delivered in advance?

You can request a specific date and we will deliver on the day if possible.

What is the delivery fee?

The delivery fee is included in the price.

Is your delivery sustainable?

Yes. We work with a carbon neutral delivery partner so that we can reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible!

Do you use special containers to keep the food warm?

We don’t, as Plant Sumo is not an on demand service.

We cool down the food at the kitchen and deliver it so that you can reheat it when you need it.

What should I do with my packaging?

All of our packaging is recyclable.

What should I do if I’m unhappy with my delivery?

On the unlikely occasion that there has been a problem with your delivery, please get in contact with our team here and we’ll sort through the issue!

How will I get notified about my delivery?

You will recieve a delivery confirmation message detailing your delivery date. In the unlikely event that your delivery is running late, we will contact you by WhatsApp, SMS or a phone call.
