Absolutely! Be confident that a plant-based or vegan diet can and should be as full, energetic, and healthy as a diet high in meat, even though plant-based foods don’t always have the same number of calories as their animal-based equivalents.
Plant-based meat substitutes have several benefits, including the ability to help you cut back on meat consumption, which may lower your risk of health issues and reduce your carbon footprint. Here at Plant Sumo, our meals are not processed and don’t contain saturated fat and sodium. We also use only fresh ingredients and avoid frozen-so you can ensure that it’s healthy!
