In the last five years, what new belief, behavior, or habit has most improved your life?

Being as forgiving of myself as I would for others.

If you could have a gigantic billboard anywhere with anything on it — what would it say and why?

How has a failure, or apparent failure, set you up for later success? Do you have a “favorite failure” of yours?

2013, I lost my condo and ended up living in a hotel, until a client rented me a room and fast forward, is my Dearest and Bestest Friend and I couldn't imagine my life without her and her son! <3

What is the most significant thing that someone much younger than yourself has taught you?

It's okay to be crazy! Laugh at Life and Hugs are ALWAYS appreciated!

Tell us about your business. What does it do and what value do you add?

Taylor Made Fitness: Taylor Made Fitness offers Nutrition and Fitness Transformation both in-person as well as online and via Zoom. Whether training one-on-one, with a friend/spouse/child, a small group or large group, or if you're new to excise...Taylor Made Fitness has you covered!

Where do you see your industry in the next 5 years?

The Health, Fitness and Nutrition will continue to Thrive and I'm honored to be a parto of it!

How do you feel about artificial meat products and its role in vegan/vegetarian-ism's growth in the coming years?

Since I use them..great, but realistically, we look into incorporating our own "protein" foods as there are some awesome sites that provide recipes!

What's your favourite colour?

Green, but weirdly I wear a ton of maroon/wine! lol

What popular celebrity do you admire the most and why?

I love Angelina Jolle, Oprah and Michelle Obama: Strong, smart, beautiful women who care about our world, childen and the enviroment.

What's something exciting you're currently working on/learning that only a few people know about?

I'm a Certified Diabetes Prevention Coach, and I can't wait to launch this amazing program World Wide (about 422 million people/WHO).

Are you vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian or something else entirely?

Lacto-ovo Vegetarian

If you could only do ONE type of exercise for the all around fitness what would it be?

Walking. Easy on the joint, no pounding. You can take you family, friends, pets or do it alone and all you need is comfortable clothing, shoes (optional) and putting one foot in front of the other.

What's a myth about fitness that you most people believe to be true that's actually false

You can eat whatever you want, when you exercise. You can spot reduce.

Who do you want to be when you grow up?

Amazingly Health, Happy and Blessed!

What's your star sign?

Star sign? Astrological? Aries

What are bad recommendations you hear in your profession or area of expertise?

No pain, no gain. You can sweat out toxins. When you exercise you can eat whatever you want.

What's your favourite vegan meal?

I'm not a vegan, although I do not eat animal flesh. As plant-base, I do love tacos and chili!

What is one of the best or most worthwhile investments you’ve ever made?

Becoming a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Practitioner, Holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach!

When did you first become a rebel?

I was a quiet, nerdy rebel...very smart, tested well in school...just didn't attend! lol

What advice would you give to a smart, driven college student about to enter the “real world”? What advice should they ignore?

Follow your hear and your passion...never give up and never settle! Never work someplace if the money is great, but the enviroment/coworkers/bosses are toxic..it's not worth losing your soul.

What careers advice would you give to your 21-year old self?

Always have a backup plan. Save your money!! Don't put all YOUR eggs in someone else's basket! It's okay to ask for help...most people would love to help you, but they're hesitant to offer.

What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?

I would love to be a plastic surgeon!!

What is a 'hack' you have for success that most people don't know about?

Before you open your eyes...count your Blessings and Prayers, starting with #1 waking up!

What one song can you listen to every day non-stop?

Surface: Sunday Best

What is the most surprising thing you've seen in your industry?

Transitioning from in-person training to Zoom training...who knew?!

How has Covid-19 changed your industry?

In the Fitness Industry, gyms, studio as well as outdoor training, in-person and of course in-home training had discontinued in 2020 and is now, slowing (very slowly) coming back...hopefully!

How has Covid-19 changed your company?

It really hasn't. I now just do 90% of my business online and I have amazing clients who have stuck with me on this journey!

What's your favourite holiday destination?

Since I'm a California girl, born and raised...this is all I know, but I would love to travel all over Europe!!

What one thing in life do you consider to be overrated?

Ummm...wanting a 6-pack? lol!!

What's your favourite vegetable?

Right now..Broccoli, but usually spinach

What's your favourite type of exercise?

Walking: It's so easy that almost everyone can do it with no special skills, equipment or gear. Strength training: Love lifting weights!

What's the most underrated type of exercise in your opinion?

Walking, Pull-ups, Squats

What are you NOT Very Good at?

Following through

What did you have for breakfast this morning?

1 scoop of protein powder, 1 tbs chia seeds and a scoop of Greens First with water
