It is suggested to reheat meals to 165 degrees Fahrenheit or above. After a minute or two of reheating a meal, most standard microwaves can achieve this temperature!
There are two options for this: refrigerate or put it in the freezer. How you should store your meal prep will ultimately depend on how and when you will serve it and what ingredients are in the meal.
