Stop and slow down my breather and/or (if I can) exercise.

In the last five years, what new belief, behavior, or habit has most improved your life?

Really focussing and being aware of how much and what I eat, and exercising regularly, regardless of what type of exercise it is. Enjoy the way you train.

Life is like riding a bicycle, to keep moving forward you must remain balanced.

How has a failure, or apparent failure, set you up for later success? Do you have a “favorite failure” of yours?

My favourite failure would be failing in high school and my health.

Stay foolish!

Fancy workout equipment and supplements. All you need is weight, the knowledge and will.

Who do you want to be when you grow up?

Not sure, but right now would love to be a strength and conditioning coach for an American basketball team.

When did you first become a rebel?

Dropped out of my first University degree without telling my parents in 2016. But went straight into bachelor i graduated from a year later.

What advice would you give to a smart, driven college student about to enter the “real world”? What advice should they ignore?

Settling, never settle. If someone is telling you that you cannot do it, its because they cannot.

What careers advice would you give to your 21-year old self?

Keep going and believe.

What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?

Biomedical equipment design.

Tell us about someone you admire and why you admire them?

My dad because he is the most hard-working and kind person I know.

What is a useful skill someone could learn in one minute?

A series of exercises that elevate the heart rate efficiently.

What is the most surprising thing you've seen in your industry?

Bioelectrical impedance analysers.

How has Covid-19 changed your company?

Helped it.

Oats, macromike plant based protein powder, hemp and chia seeds, banana, blueberries and soya milk.
